Derby Rental: Perfect Home for 5 couples visiting the KY Derby, right off I-71

Stay comfortably in Crestwood at this 5-bedroom house. The serene space features one king bed primary suite, one queen bed with en-suite, two queen bedrooms, a twin bedroom with a twin trundle, offering plenty of room for guests. Five bathrooms equipped with showers and bathtubs, everyone can enjoy a pleasant start or end to their day.

Utilize all this 4 year old home has to offer from the kitchen featuring a gas stove and oven, Ninja coffee maker, and refrigerator with filtered water and ice machine to Peloton treadmill and sauna, soaking tub, and TVs in most rooms as well as on the deck.

Kentucky Derby is located 23 miles/25 minute drive to Churchill Downs.

This is our personal home and is only rented for 1 event in May: The Kentucky Derby.

Home will sleep up to 10, but with additional sleeping arrangements possible in large basement.
