Located near Milton town center, The Spruce Roost is a relaxing one bedroom retreat for travelers. Guests will find a Sleep Number king bed in the bedroom and a cozy living room featuring a queen size murphy bed for additional guests. The space includes a spa-like bathroom equipped with a tub/shower, hair dryer, towels and toiletries. This delightful space is within walking distance to Dogfish Head Brewery, Milton Theatre, Memorial Park, fishing on the Broadkill River as well as restaurants and bars. A convenient spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We are a short drive to Lewes, the Lewes Bus Hub, Rehoboth and local beaches. Twenty minutes or less from DE Turf, Sports at the Beach & Sandhill Fields sports complexes. The Roost is not handicap accessible, located on 2nd floor up steps, and has off street parking for one vehicle. We look forward to your visit. Reach out for special requests.
