Located in the heart of Stralsund’s UNESCO World Heritage Old Town is this historically protected apartment building, newly renovated in 2020/2021, featuring 6 holiday apartments. You’ll be right near the Old Market Square and the historic town hall, on a quiet side street.
The holiday rental is on the ground floor and offers approximately 38m² of historic old-town charm with a modern touch. When you open the door, you’ll step into a cosy and modern living/dining area. Here you’ll find a small but modern kitchenette equipped with everything you need for a cosy breakfast: a microwave, a 2-burner induction cooktop, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, as well as a refrigerator and, of course, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. You can then enjoy your delicious breakfast at the breakfast bar, which offers enough space for two people. Then you’re ready to head out and explore the city. Or you can relax a bit longer on the cosy corner couch in the living/dining area. You’ll also find an LED flat-screen TV with satellite reception here.

Furthermore, the adjoining room features the newly renovated shower room with underfloor heating, a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
When you return from your outing feeling exhausted, you can relax in the adjoining bedroom. Open the historic double doors, and you’ll find a cosy 1.80 m × 2.00 m bed with high-quality mattresses manufactured in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania that offer the utmost comfort. Both an open wardrobe and a chest of drawers are available for your clothing.
The courtyard is available for you to enjoy on cosy summer evenings with a glass of wine or a cold beer.
