Welcome to Ocean's Seventh, a charming coastal cottage (mobile home) in Santa Rosa Beach. Minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in the country (Ed Walline Regional BeachAccess 3.3 miles), and only 0.5 miles from Cessna Landing (Bayfront Park w/Boat Ramp) This superb retreat features two cozy bedrooms, including a queen bed and a fun bunk bed, perfect for families or friends. Guests can unwind in the delightful living room, which offers a comfortable sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Outdoor amenities include a 6-person Hot Tub, Covered Gas Grill, Firepit, Dinning Table with lighted shade, and Cornhole. The home stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this gorgeous spot provides a welcoming base. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. For security purposes there are 2 cameras on the property. One at the front entry way (above door to the left) and another surveilling the back patio area (upper corner of garage) which includes the hot tub, outdoor shower, and firepit areas.

Wonderful place to relax with the hot tub and bonfire pit. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend. Owner was very helpful.
