Beyond the resort, you'll enjoy the convenience of being just moments away from Gulf Shores' beloved hotspots—The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Sea-N-Suds, and a myriad of local treasures. Shopping, dining, and beachside fun are simply moments away. But the indulgence doesn't stop there! Venture to nearby attractions like the brand new OWA/Tropic Falls, Waterville, Gulf Coast Zoo, scenic golf courses, Tanger Outlet Center and the famous Alligator Alley.

The door code would not work at check in. The air was not working properly on night 3 and we had to report it and no one show up until midnight to fix. The elevators were slow because there were only 2. It literally took us 53 mins to get on to get our car loaded to leave.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the door code at arrival and the A/C issue later in your stay. Once the A/C concern was reported, our team worked to have it addressed that same evening, although we understand the late-night timing was less than ideal. Elevator wait times can also be longer during peak arrival and departure periods, particularly when many guests are checking out at the same time. While the building’s elevators are managed by the HOA and outside of our direct control, we certainly understand how frustrating a lengthy wait can be when loading up to leave. We appreciate you sharing your experience and the opportunity to address the concerns that were within our control.

We didn’t have the right code for the door getting in. Took about 7 minutes just to get into the room. We could never get the tv in the bunk room to connect. Microwave and garbage disposal didn’t work. There were dirty sheets on the pull out bed. Not much seating in living room for a room that sleeps 8 people. The location was nice. We had trouble with the dishwasher also but that got fixed while we were there.

Great location, loved the HUGE balcony. A tiny delay getting into the unit, the code was wrong but it was corrected SO QUICKLY with just one little phone call. So overall very happy. Only wish we could have stayed a little longer! Maybe next time.
