Beachfront apartment w pools, tennis, gym parking in TOP PR TOURISM CONDADO SJU

Are you ready to enjoy a renovated beautiful apartment in Condado SJ the Top of the Top tourism location of PR? Enjoy one KING SIZE bed in the bedroom and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine. One covered parking space FREE reserved for you. The enormous pool, gym, tennis court and direct access gate to the beach are just down stairs! You can find restaurants, hotels, casinos, parks and luxury city life just walking distance.
Old San Juan, the oldest USA city is about 5 minutes drive, our top tourism attraction. Another top tourism areas are the local food Kioskos by the beach in Piñones, about 7 minutes drive! District T-Mobile is just 5 minutes drive as well. My favorite local food restaurant Bebos Cafe and many others are walking distance. Grocery store Supermax also walking distance.
Do not miss El Yunque Rain Forest (USA National Park) that is just about 30 minutes drive! If you want to take a bath under a big precious water fall go to Gozalandia in San Sebastián. That one is about 1 1/2 hours drive but worth it!
You may also want to enjoy horse rides, go karts and ATVs in Hacienda Carabali in Luquillo, about 30 minutes drive.
There are many shopping malls just a few minutes drive including our biggest mall Plaza Las Américas that is just 5 minutes drive with many famous stores, restaurants and movie theaters. There is another big shopping mall at aprox 30 minutes drive with many entertainment indoor activities for kids: The Outlets, in Canovanas city, with bowling, go karts, rapelling, arcade, movie theaters etc. You can easy use your GPS to get to any of these my recommended places. I am the property owner, a local that loves to give recommendations to my guests.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please move any trash to the waste station located in the same building aisle by the elevators. Also please remember to leave me the keys and remote back in the door key box using the same code 0219
Parking gate opens without the remote control for exiting. Thank you and have a great trip!
