Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The cleaning fee only covers standard-cleaning. Smoking inside the property/excessive dirtiness will incur a deep cleaning fee ranging from $100-$300.
Failure to return keys in lockbox upon check-out will incur a $125 fee. Any other missing items will be charged at the item’s value/replacement cost.
A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. I.g. Check-out from 11:01 - 11:30 = $25 fee / 11:31 - 12:00 = $50 fee

My husband and I loved this condo! We stayed for a week for our babymoon, it was clean and convenient. An easy walk to Playa Azul and a 30 minute drive to the rainforest. You have everything you might need for your stay there. Highly recommend!

This house served our needs perfectly. We loved that we could walk 2 minutes to a beach perfect for boogie boarding or drive 3 minutes down the road to a very nice, calm beach. Astoria was great with communication anytime we needed her. I highly recommend this property.

Luquillo beach stay

We enjoyed our three night stay very much. The condo was very clean. We were in a great location to visit nearby El Yunque National Forest, the beach, kayaking the bioluminescent bay and Hacienda Muñoz coffee plantation in San Lorenzo. Great stay and Astoria was a great host!

Comfortable spot, close to the water

Our stay was truly relaxing. The space is great both indoors and outdoors. We loved the patio area. The location is central to many great beaches and eateries. The decor was very cute and a nice neighborhood. Will stay here again.
