A car is recommended for getting around Seminole and the surrounding beach communities. Gulf beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions are all a short drive away.

Uber and Lyft are available in the area, though availability may vary during peak travel times. Walking and biking are pleasant within the neighborhood, especially for nearby parks and local streets.

Enjoy peace of mind with our enhanced cleaning standards. All bedding, including pillows, is steam-sanitized between guests for your safety and comfort.

Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with Ring security cameras with audio monitoring, the exterior only. There are no indoor cameras, ensuring complete privacy inside the home.

Check-In: Check-in is flexible anytime after 4PM.

Pool, Hot Tub & Outdoor Safety: Use of the pool, hot tub, and fire pit is at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool or hot tub area

Hot tub heating is FREE and can be turned on after arrival. Please allow time for the system to reach temperature, If you wish to have full heat upon arrival please request 24 hours in advance.

The indoor wood-burning fireplace is not available for guest use.


Violation Fees:
• Smoking in the home: $1000 Treatment Fee
• Pets in the home or property: $500 Cleaning Fee
