The moment you step inside, the home opens up into a bright, airy great room anchored by a chef’s kitchen that’s as beautiful as it is functional - the kind that becomes the heartbeat of every stay. Whether you’re prepping family meals, hosting a reunion dinner, or fueling a competitive game day, this space brings everyone together effortlessly.



Just beyond, the main living area offers a wet bar, and wine fridge. An adults-only zone perfect for winding down after the kids are asleep or the day’s adventures are complete. A secondary, cozy seating area nearby provides a quieter escape, ideal for reading, conversation, or a peaceful morning coffee.



Movie nights reach a whole new level in the indoor theater, where plush seating turns evenings into an experience of their own. And when it’s time to recharge, the home’s primary suite feels like a private spa retreat. The ensuite bathroom is everything luxury spas aspire to be - featuring a massive multi-head rain shower that could easily bathe a small army of kids after baseball practice, plus a deep soaking tub made for long, quiet exhalations at the end of the day.



Step outside and the home truly comes alive. The screened-in pool and spa area, with an attached interior sunroom allow for year-round enjoyment, while the backyard offers a thoughtful balance of connection and solitude. Gather for games of cornhole, challenge each other on the private pickleball and basketball court, or hop on the provided adult and kid bikes (helmets included - safety first) to cruise the nearby Pinellas Trail.

Things To Know:

Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Covered parking available. Boat trailers and/or RVs may park on the east (left) grass area at the end of the driveway only.

Pool & Spa: Pool heating is available upon request with 72 hours’ notice for an additional nightly fee. Please contact our Guest Experience team to arrange.

Pool Safety:Pool alarms are installed on all doors leading to the pool for safety and may sound frequently with regular in-and-out use.

Pool Heating & EquipmentOutdoor temperatures affect heating performance, and water may feel cooler during colder weather. For safety and system protection, guests may not adjust pool equipment at any time.

Outdoor Amenities: Private pickleball/basketball court, cornhole, expansive yard, multiple seating areas

Bikes & Trails: 4 Adult and 2 kid bikes with helmets provided (signed waiver required before arrival); close to the Pinellas Trail

Living Spaces:Indoor theater, ping pong, main living room with wet bar and wine fridge, glassed sunroom, plus a quieter secondary seating area. The gourmet kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and Insta-Hot water feature at the sink.

Fireplace: The gas fireplace is decorative only and not operational at this time.

Nearby Beaches: Minutes to Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, and Indian Shores

Good Neighbor Policy: Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Smoking: No smoking anywhere on premises. Additional cleaning fees will be incurred if found.
