Equippment: Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooking accessories; washing machine, flatscreen with satellite TV, wireless internet, bed linnen and towels, intercom. Parking facilities available in the immediate vicinity.
Available for daily, weekly or monthly rental.

Situated in the heart of Trieste, at the third floor of a historic palazzo in a quiet side street. Just a few steps away from Corso Italia and Via Carducci, with numerous shops, bars and public transport facilities. Only a 10 minute walk to Piazza Unità and the sea. Parking facilities nearby.
Places to visit within easy reach of Trieste are: Venice (1h30min), Ljubljana (1h), the Friuli wine region (40min), the Slovenian coastal towns of Piran and Portorose (40min) and the Croatian penisula of Istria (1h).

Other things to note
Due to new legislation by the town of Trieste I am obliged to register all adults staying at the property within 24 hours of their arrival and to take in the Tourist Tax on behalf of the authorities. Please make sure to send me copies of your identity document via email prior to arrival and please be so kind to leave the tourist tax in cash in the apartment before you leave. Tourist tax is €2 per adult per night, for the first 5 nights of your stay. Thank you!
