We loved our fabulous apartment and were sorry we could only stay one night. When we arrived by train, it was easy to walk to the hotel. It was also very simple to walk to the cruise terminal the next day. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. An excellent choice for anyone starting or finishing a cruise, but also worth a longer stay.

The suite was large and open. You could open windows & or doors across the suite to get a nice cooling breeze without turning on the AC. There were no instructions to operate the coffee / cappuccino machine. It is close to a shopping center if you want to eat in. Easy to do your breakfasts before heading out and or a quick snack before bedtime.

This was a great place to stay before boarding or getting off a cruise ship. Located within easy walking distance from the train station and to the cruise port. Located near great shopping and restaurants. The place was warm, and comfortable. Not super fancy but i would definitely stay here again.

Stay where Hemingway stayed

Residence Theresia with its excellent location was an excellent base from which to walk the city. From the caffe opposite to the nearby restaurants, plenty of choice. The staff were most helpful. The studio apartment was not luxurious but most comfortable and good to come home to. Supermarket nearby.

Location is very good, near station and bus terminal. Areas are safe and nice, a lot of bars and restaurants. Price is also good. But this is residence not hotel. No breakfast available.

Great Apartment stay

Great location with parking available near by. Nice to have a lift if needed for folks with issues taking steps. Apartment was clean and perfectly sized for our needs of 5 people. Easy access to sites and things we wanted to see. Staff very helpful and check in/out very easy.

This is a nice place if you are walking or taking public transportation. Parking is a nightmare! Also be aware of early checkout time. 10:00 a.m. they charge 50 euros for late checkout.

It was a pleasant surprise that i was given a beautiful suite for such a reasonable price. The rooms were already warmed up. Suggestion: it's time to clean the filters on the faucets. For the kitchen, wooden spoons will not scratch the skillet non stick surface.

Terrific building and location. Great value for money. The pillows were hard, curtain rods fell, and I couldn't find a kitchen towel. The internet was weak and I had to sit in a certain area to get a signal. A guide to the television would have been useful. These were all little and unimportant things because the overall value and location were great; I was there to see the sights not hang out in the apartment.

Apt is spacious and recently re-done, but in a ‘cheap and cheerful’ manner. Some details missed- kitchen with no dish towels, fridge door doesn’t close properly so nothing stays cold, bed is firm and has only 1 pillow per person, no shelf in shower for soap and shampoo… small things, but all together suggest a problem with ‘guest perspective’

Very basic amenities, thankfully we were only staying 3 nights. Shower is tiny, only one roll of toilet paper provided and only 2 pillows provided, c'mon this is 21st century, not 1970's The air conditioning unit was noisy and the the open plan dining, living room and bedroom area had no door so noises from corridor outside travelled into the room. The coffee machine was prehistoric and as much as we tried we couldn't figure out how to use the thing as 4 pods of coffee had been provided (note; the only things provided). To summarise, thankfully we didn't spend anytime in the room other than sleeping (not peacefully or deeply) as it was basic amenities and no couch to sit on. August can be a hot and oppressive month in Italy so spend a bit more and ensure you have a better level of comfort.

Poorly maintained, not for families

NOT RECOMMENDED. We took 2 apartments for two families. The apartment was very poorly maintained - it was difficult to unlock and open the door, shower had broken floor, water heater was dripping in the kitchen. While it's advertised to have AC, in fact there's only AC in the kitchen/hallway but not in the rooms - it was impossible to sleep in the hot summer night. While the reservation was for 5 people, only 4 beds had linens and there's nobody to assist during after hours. The only upside was the center location.

Struttura in una posizione molto comoda di Trieste. Check in pratico e veloce online con istruzioni chiare e precise ( unica nota abbiamo richiesto il check-in anticipato e ci è stata chiesta una cifra un po' alta per cui abbiamo rinunciato). Possibilità di deposito bagagli a pagamento in altra struttura. Appartamento pulito e ben attrezzato di tutto. Aggiungerei una macchinetta del caffè, anche eventualmente all'esterno. Complessivamente lo suggerirei.

Lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Trieste, very good value for money, especially considering the price of the hotels nearby. The bed had a firm mattress, as I like it, and the sofas in the living room were very comfortable. I loved the style of the apartment - very Italian, with parquet floor and visible stone bricks. Would definitely return!
