The holiday home spans over 100 m², spread across two floors. In addition to the luxuriously furnished, newly renovated rooms, there is a back porch with a small table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or serving as a smoking area. Under the veranda are three guest bicycles (MTBs) available for free use.

In front of the entrance, you can barbecue and dine while enjoying a view of the market square. A table, chairs, and the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal and grill lighters included) are located in the garage for your free use.

Villa Schmidtheim has recently been renovated to be energy-efficient and is well-insulated. As a result, the indoor climate is very comfortable—cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The rooms are equipped with slim, efficient electric radiators, so there’s no reliance on gas—meaning you don’t have to worry about potential outages.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building as well as in the outdoor area.

a cosy electric fireplace with an electrically adjustable recliner,

-For a productive day working from home, there’s also a workspace with a monitor (24", HDMI) and an executive chair.
-For toddlers, there’s also a travel cot with a mattress in the closet.
-The ceiling lamp doubles as a ceiling fan that can be operated via remote control.
-Towels and extra bedding, if needed, are stored in the dressers and closets.
