Spacious penthouse apartment located right on the beach available for rent.

The entire apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with numerous antiques and decorative items from Morocco; a little piece of Morocco in Spain!

This apartment is located in the smallest and quietest part of the complex, in a two-story house. The apartment features a very spacious layout. The centrepiece is, of course, the spacious living room with a fireplace and a separate dining room. Adjacent to the living room is the large open-concept kitchen with a separate laundry room. From the living room, there is direct access to the 35-square-meter covered terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the first pool and, beyond it, the open sea with the LA SAL watchtower. The terrace features a large garden table for 6 people and a spacious lounge set consisting of a two-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table. Enjoy the beautiful weather here and listen to the birds and the rustling of the palm trees.

Both bedrooms are very spacious and feature built-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with windows and heated floors. The master bedroom features a large double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. Here you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view and direct access to the large terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, each measuring 90 x 190 cm. There is also a guest bathroom located between the living room and the guest bedroom.

Behind the fireplace is the staircase leading up to the private rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a stunning view of the pool and the sea. Here, you can enjoy direct SUNSHINE all day long!

The apartment is fully air-conditioned (heating/cooling) and offers cable and satellite TV with Spanish, British, and German channels, unlimited Wi-Fi internet access, and a private underground parking space (additional cost).

Right in front of our building is the first communal pool (usually heated from around mid-November to mid-March each year). The beach is easily accessible through a gate right next to the heated pool. At the beginning of the beach is the very popular BAHIA BEACH restaurant, which offers umbrella and lounge chair rentals. Next to our complex is also the BEACH CLUB of the 5-star FINCA CORTESIN Hotel, featuring a large pool, lounge chair rentals, and a restaurant.

In this part of the residential complex, a total of 4 large pools are at your disposal. Two of the pools are heated during the winter months!


If you drive west from Marbella, you’ll pass through the town of Estepona towards Sotogrande. You’ll notice how dramatically the landscape changes. There are no more large hotels here; the landscape still retains its original character. Below the village of Casares—where time seems to have stood still—right on the beach, lies the “La Perla de la Bahia” complex. The resort was built just a few years ago in the typical Andalusian and Moroccan architectural style and creates an atmosphere of both the past and timelessness. The “La Perla de la Bahia” resort is located between the beaches of “La Galera” and “Playa Ancha”; the latter has been awarded the European Blue Flag for water quality and beach safety. All apartments offer unforgettable views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Rock of Gibraltar, and the North African coast: a perfect home away from home for a wonderful holiday.

San Luis de Sabinillas is the nearest town (2 km), a typical Spanish village situated directly on the Mediterranean coast. The town has managed to preserve its original Spanish character. Here you’ll find numerous quaint bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, a wide variety of shops, a pharmacy, banks, a post office, and much more. Every Sunday, one of the region’s largest weekly and flea markets takes place here. The nearby Marina de la Duquesa is very intimate and invites you to linger and relax. Here you’ll find not only numerous bars and restaurants but also a hair salon, a gym, a dry cleaner, internet cafes, and a business centre.
