Guest Access
You can check in and out flexibly, as we use a completely keyless entry system. To open the doors, you’ll need to download the Nuki app to your phone and have an internet connection upon arrival. Contact us for instructions.

Additional Important Information
INTERNET USE

1. ImmoMents GmbH provides guests with internet access within the limits of existing technical and operational capabilities. Disruptions, such as those due to force majeure, maintenance work, or similar circumstances, cannot be ruled out.

2. Guests may not misuse the internet connection. Misuse includes, in particular, the following cases: Downloading and distributing copyrighted content via peer-to-peer sharing platforms, illegal streaming services, as well as posting, accessing, or transmitting content that is relevant under criminal law (in particular Sections 130, 130a, 131, and 184 of the German Criminal Code (StGB)). The guest is obligated to respect the copyrights, patents, name rights, trademark rights, and personal rights of third parties when using the service. The guest shall, upon first request, indemnify ImmoMents GmbH against all claims and demands for damages by third parties, as well as against the costs of legal defence in a reasonable amount, arising from the unlawful use of the provided Internet connection by the guest or by third parties with the guest’s knowledge. This indemnification obligation covers, in particular, claims arising from the infringement of copyrights, patents, rights to a name, trademark rights, and personality rights, as well as violations of data protection laws.

3. The guest is prohibited from disclosing the access credentials for the Internet connection to third parties. In the event of a violation, the guest shall be liable to ImmoMents GmbH for all damages resulting from the disclosure of the access data.

4. Furthermore, ImmoMents GmbH reserves the right to block the guest’s Internet connection in the event of legal violations.
