The apartment features 1 bedroom with either a double bed or 2 single beds, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room with a 1.2-meter sleeping surface.<br>The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower and a bathtub. If you’re using this apartment for business purposes, a desk with an additional monitor for connecting a laptop is available.<br>The price includes Wi-Fi access. If you’d like to bring a pet, please contact us to discuss this individually, as we have a dog and a cat ourselves.<br><br>The apartment is located about 1,000 metres from the Elbe Cycle Route and the Elbe River in the Neue-Neustadt area.<br>The nearest train station is also about 1,000 metres away, and the nearest shopping area is about 500 metres away.<br>The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a mixed-use residential and commercial building. On the ground floor and in the basement, there is a speciality store for saltwater and pond fish that we operate ourselves. Of course, during our business hours, you’re welcome to come by and take a look at the relaxing underwater world of the oceans right here on site and ask questions about the animals… as long as our schedule allows. You’re welcome to get a first impression of these animals online at Meerwasserhof-Magdeburg. On the property—which you are, of course, welcome to use by arrangement—there is a large pond and display tanks for koi and other pond fish. A lovely little terrace and a grill invite you to enjoy pleasant evenings under the open sky in the summer. The beds in the bedroom can easily be pushed together or pulled apart, making this apartment a great option for business stays as well. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. However, there is a small smoking area by the window in a large entryway that guests are welcome to use.<br>Along with us, the two owners (Sebastian and Kay), there’s also a dog named Diego living in the house. He’s big, but he’s a real cuddle bug and a favourite of many of our guests, young and old alike. If you have an issue with dogs, we can certainly find a solution.
