Spanning 55 square meters, the house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation: a cozy living and dining area with a kitchenette and a bathroom on the first floor, as well as sleeping accommodations for up to four people under the roof. To meet the specific needs of families with children, the house is equipped with a new flat-screen TV and a collection of games. Here, you’ll never get bored—even on rainy days. A perfectly designed elevated terrace in the large garden offers breathtaking views of the Bavarian Forest landscape in every season and serves as an additional room surrounded by nature during the summer months. The spacious garden completes the panoramic view. High-quality patio furniture and a gourmet grill make the outdoor experience perfect. Kitchen: Oven, microwave, 4 hot plates, sink, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. All kitchenware is brand new: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and glasses. The visitor’s tax of 3.00 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night and 1.50 EUR per person (ages 6 and up) per night will be charged separately on site.
