Honey, look—isn’t the view amazing? That’s what you might hear when you walk into this cosy and brightly decorated apartment.

In the bright, tiled entryway, you’ll find a large hallway closet and a coat rack.

The bathroom features a glass shower stall with a low threshold and a wall-mounted toilet.

The living room features modern vinyl design flooring; the dining area, with four sturdy wooden chairs, is located right by the window, offering a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

The red, high-quality corner couch invites you to relax. A new 55-inch curved Full HD TV, DVD player, VCR, and CD stereo system provide entertainment.

The new, custom-built, modern kitchen features an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and all standard kitchen utensils—it’s a wonderful place to cook and enjoy a feast.

The master bedroom is furnished with a small double bed (single mattress, 140 cm wide) and is separated from the living room by a curtain.
The children’s room features a very high-quality couch that can also be used as a bed for two people—blackout curtains and a separate window are also provided

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding enquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via lifts.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
Along the way—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)

The rehabilitation centre, located 300 metres away, the local spa doctors and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.
