Apartment 2 on the mezzanine level of Haus Luv was recently renovated and features a beautiful sunny balcony. From the comfort of your own beach chair, you can relax and watch the activity around the Perlebucht family lagoon and the high-rise building.

The cosy bedroom features two single beds and a large closet with plenty of storage space. The beds will be made upon your arrival—at no extra charge!

The comfortable living room is tastefully decorated and also offers an additional sleeping option in the form of a fold-out bed for a child. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished balcony, which features its own beach chair, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen is new and equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A dishwasher is also available, providing added convenience during your stay. The en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower is also in like-new condition.

A free parking space is available for the duration of your stay. Wi-Fi is available via a hotspot.

A third person (child) is charged €10 per day; the fold-out bed will then be made up as well!

Located right next to the dike, we’d like to recommend two holiday apartments here for your perfect vacation.One of the apartments is a well-maintained 2-room holiday apartment with a partial ocean view, ideal for couples or small families. The other apartment, located on the mezzanine level, features a lovely sunny balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh North Sea air.

The house is in an excellent location, right on the family-friendly Perlebucht lagoon, which offers numerous recreational opportunities. Within walking distance, you’ll find various restaurants such as Ralf’s Restaurant and the Deichperle, as well as cosy cafés and bistros that invite you to linger. For your daily needs, a supermarket, a bakery, and a laundromat on Nordseestraße are within easy reach.

The centre of Büsum, with its picturesque harbour, is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away, giving you the chance to explore this charming town. A parking space and bike racks are available right in front of the house, and laundry service can be booked as an optional extra.
