Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash all dishes, dry and put away. Wipe down counters and table / desk tops. Leave used towels and linens on floor in corresponding rooms.
Run vacuum throughout wood floor areas only to remove debris tracked in during your stay.
Empty refrigerator of all food you brought. Take care of trash as instructed. (list left on desk)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
