Stayed 12 nights. Great neighborhood especially if you have a vehicle. Place is clean and new and has a great layout. A serious problem is sound proofing. If there is someone in the unit above, you are hooped as you hear EVERY step and every word spoken in the unit above. You will need ear plugs. There are no felt pads on the furniture in the above unit so you will jump every time someone moves a chair upstairs. Other cons: unable to park in the garage, no outdoor furniture - great west facing front porch but you can’t enjoy it as there are no chairs. Also, no large garbage cans outside. For the price paid, this is not acceptable.
