In the beautiful South Tyrol/Alto Adige welcomes you the comfortable apartment "Klementhof App Nr 1" on the outskirts of Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves. The 85m² large and modern equipped vacation apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, as well as a baby crib and a high chair.

From the balcony of the apartment you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. In the shared outdoor area, a covered swimming pool and a large garden with seating, sunbathing lawn, table tennis table and trampoline are also waiting for you. Here you can relax with a good book while the children splash and play.

The area has something to offer for everyone, whether hikers, mountaineers, culture enthusiasts, nature lovers or those seeking relaxation. In addition to numerous hiking areas, the Plose-Brixen ski area is also not far away and can be reached in 30 minutes (20km) by car. The nearest bus stop is only 4 minutes walk (300m) from the accommodation. From here buses leave every hour to Brixen/Bressanone, 9km away. There are also 5 restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is only 228m away.
