Our biggest selling point: peace and cosiness in a lovingly furnished dollhouse. Sleep in without any street noise!! Thatched-roof houses are wonderfully cool in the summer and wonderfully cosy in the winter! Stay in a historic landmark building! Our house is celebrating its 203rd birthday this year; the neighbouring building is even older.
One-bedroom apartment, renovated in early 2020, fully furnished with a kitchenette including a sink and stove, microwave, coffee pad machine, sofa, flat-screen TV, and a shower/toilet with a window and a hair dryer. The 1.40-meter-wide double bed features a new mattress and two different types of pillows; towels and bed linens are, of course, included. You can park right in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available, of course.
A small selection of basic supplies—sugar, salt, coffee, tea, cleaning supplies—and a warm welcome await you. Fresh rolls are available on weekdays 200 metres away and on Sundays 800 metres away; the path leads through the beech forest past our pond—though there’s also a route along the road, of course.
Inside the house, there is a shared washing machine with a drying room. You can park your bicycles in a bike shed.
You can quickly reach Stade, Buxtehude, or the Altes Land. Another advantage is our S-Bahn connection, located 800 metres away.
Towels are provided in ample quantities, with free refills upon request. If you’re staying longer, a biweekly cleaning service—including a linens change—is required and costs an additional €30.
I’m happy to provide a travel cot for babies; the apartment is too small for older children.
