Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleiner Terrasse, wunderschönem Feldblick und großzügiger Ausstattung. Einzig die Fenster und Türen sowie die Mischbatterie der Badewanne könnten überarbeitet/erneuert werden, ansonsten war alles wunderbar.

Ruhige Lage, trotzdem zentral gelegen!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Weg zum Strand war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.(ansonsten wären auch hierfür alleine 7Euro/Tag an Parkgebühren fällig) Leider war der in der Anzeige beschriebene Bäcker bzw. ehemalige Supermarkt bis auf weiteres geschlossen. Dieses war aber auf Grund der Nähe zu Ückeritz und Koserow kein größeres Problem. Auch Radtouren in Richtung Achterwasser sind von hieraus gut machbar.

Kleine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss mit anliegendem Garten. Die Ausstattung ist wie angegeben und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Einige Dinge sind alt und müssten ausgetauscht werden, wie der Staubsauger (der nicht mehr saugt) ein kaputter Stuhl oder auch das rostige Besteck. Trotzdem war die Wohnung sehr sauber und Bettdecken und Kissen wirkten wie frisch gewaschen.

Ostsee ist immer einen Urlaub wert, die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, der Weg zum Strand nicht weit. Wir fühlen uns immer wohl in der kleinen Ferienwohnung...nur ein paar Hinweise, bevor die nächsten Gäste ankommen...bitte eine neue, funktionierende Kaffeemaschine bereitstellen, die Lampen der Abzugshaube wechseln und die Wanduhr wieder in Gang bringen. Vielleicht auch mal über eine Dusche im Bad nachdenken statt der Badewanne...???

Herrliche Ruhe

Ein perfekter Urlaub....die FeWo lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Schöner Blick von der Terrasse über ein Feld....und das Haus liegt am Ende der Strasse....dadurch ist es herrlich ruhig. Einziger Manko wofür der Vermieter aber nix kann, ist die Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Dazu muss man leider nach Koserow oder Ückeritz fahren.
