Each room opens to natural light and fresh air, blending indoor and outdoor living. The private pool is perfect for cooling off or lounging throughout the day. With locally sourced materials and open-air palapas, the house embodies elegance and simplicity in perfect harmony with the coastal environment.



Guest Access:

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire house, including all five bedrooms, the private pool, outdoor lounging areas, and on-site parking for cars or motorcycles. Whether you’re gathering, resting, or exploring, the house is yours.



The Neighborhood:

Located in La Barra, Casa Caimán sits in one of the most peaceful and scenic areas of Puerto Escondido. The house is just a short walk from a beautiful, little-known beach, and only a 10-minute drive from the lively scene in La Punta, where you'll find great food, surf, and nightlife.



Getting Around:

A motor vehicle is needed to move around La Barra. Rental cars, scooters, or taxis are all good options. The property includes free private parking within the gates.

You’ll enjoy a fully private stay with daily housekeeping included between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Our team is available remotely if you need assistance during your visit. Please note that private chef service is not included. We’re happy to offer local tips and support whenever needed.
