Perfect location to ASV!

Location, location, location! Our family LOVED the proximity to the fields so we could run back between games to get out of the heat (it was 100+ degrees!) and make meals at home. The house itself was cozy and well equipped with all we needed for a wonderful week. My communications with the rental company were excellent! Would highly recommend.

This property appears to be a remodeled farmhouse still in progress in some areas. No upstairs bathroom for the second bedroom but otherwise doable. We needed 4 bedrooms for family attending a wedding and this was the only VRBO in the area that fit. I felt the price was a little high for the time of year since baseball season is over and the trees were not in full fall foliage yet. Still we had no problems and everything worked. Today, if that happens, you count yourself lucky.
