The location is quiet and sunny, and an extensive network of walking and hiking trails is practically right outside the residence. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the Cannobina River, where you can take a refreshing dip in the summer, and about a 10-minute walk to the centre, the beach, and Cannobio’s beautiful lakeside promenade. The hilly and mountainous hinterland of Cannobio, particularly the Val Cannobina, offers numerous scenic attractions, plenty of hiking opportunities, and time and again breathtaking views of the lake. Of particular note is the residence’s beautiful indoor pool (approx. 15 m x 8 m), which is open from mid-April through early/mid-
October. The residence also features a sauna (for a fee), billiards, foosball, and table tennis (guests must bring their own paddles and balls). An lift and a stairwell are available. Each apartment comes with its own parking space within the gated complex.
