Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Nachteilen

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Mit den vier vorhandenen Fahrrädern kommt gut nach Cannobio. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider ist sie im Sommer total ungeeignet, weil es viel zu warm ist und die Fenster in den Schlafräumen viel zu klein sind, damit man lüften kann. Der Garten ist durch den Kunstrasen viel zu warm und er riecht unangenehm.

Nette Wohnung in Valle Cannobina

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Sauberkeit 1A. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb, aber mit den vier Rädern waren wir in 5 Minuten im Cannobio auf der Promenade, oder am Strand oder an der Badestelle am Fluss. Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, und jede Menge Se

Gutes Quartier, wir haben bewusst die dezentrale Lage gewählt.

Es war nicht alles schlecht

Positiv: - Die Wohnung war im grossen und ganzen sauber und gepflegt - Die Gastgeberin hat alles erklärt und gezeigt - Lage ist im grossen und ganzen sehr ruhig und man hat seine Privatsphäre Negativ - Wohnung wird mit Heizung und Chéemine beworben was auch vorhanden war, jedoch wurde mit keinem Wort hier erwähnt dass es in Italien ein Gesetz gibt welches besagt das ab April nicht mehr geheizt werden kann. Wir haben dann den ganzen Urlaub gefroren und konnten die Wohnung nicht geniessen. - Die Wohnung wird nicht durch die Gastgeberin vermietet sondern man mietet die Wohnung über Lago Reisen. Dieses Unternehmen kann ich leider nun im nachhinein nicht empfehlen. Kulanz und Hilfsbereitschaft ist leider nicht gegeben. - Dachschrägen sind niedriger als es auf den Fotos den Anschein macht.

Trotz Regen und kälteren Temperaturen haben wir in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung eine sehr entspannte Zeit verbracht.

Beinahe perfekt

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Es war sogar ne mobile Klimaanlage und ein Wlan Hotspot verfügbar. Die Türen schleifen ein wenig. Ein kleines Manko ist die Strasse vorm Haus. Nicht super stark befahren, aber ein paar Autos und Motorräder fahren schon vorbei. Nachts aber kein Problem. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man bequem ins Zentrum über Nebenstrassen und einen gut beleuchteten Radweg. Der Kunstrasen im Garten ist immer grün ;-)

Avons passé un bon séjour. Un peu bas de plafond à certains endroits. Ne pouvant régler le chauffage nous-mêmes avons eu un peu froid les jours de pluie
