The entire ground floor features a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dining area. The villa’s unique location in the heart of Istria offers breathtaking views of Istria’s unspoiled countryside.

The entire villa has been furnished with care and taste to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed. You’ll love the outdoor area with its infinity saltwater pool, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. In the open-concept summer kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals on the charcoal grill and dine with your family or friends.

Villa Grazia is fully air-conditioned, has a TV in every room, offers WiFi, allows pets (upon request), has private parking, and provides everything you need for a pleasant holiday in a perfect location.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in abgeschiedener Lage

Das Haus ist ganz neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist top, es fehlt an nichts. Sogar Öle, Gewürze etc. waren vorhanden. Die Aussicht über den Infinity Pool ins Tal ist natürlich das Highlight an dem Objekt. Die Lage in den Hügeln mitten in Instrien ist gleichzeitig das Manko an dem Haus: Man muss immer erst 10 bis 15 Minuten die kurvige Bergstraße hinunter, egal wo man hinmöchte. Selbst zum nächsten großen Supermarkt in Pazin fährt man 20 Minuten, nach Porec sind es 40 bis 45 Minuten. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!
