Semi-detached house "Hamara", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Runki 3 km from the centre of Pićan, 25 km from the centre of Rabac, 25 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 26.Apr. - 01.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace (8 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Vozilići" 10 km, pebble beach 25 km.
3-room semi-detached house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 140 - 240 cm with rooflight with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 140 - 240 cm with rooflight with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Sep. WC. Forced-air heating. Balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Wir waren 7 Tage in Runki und konnten in dem ruhigen Dörfchen ein paar tolle Tage verbringen. Die Unterkunft und das Außengelände ist super modern und der Pool ausgezeichnet. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und haben sogar einen kleinen Bioladen mit Melonen. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung Casa Hamara ist komplett neu eingerichtet und renoviert. Die Deko ist gut durchdacht, einfach hübsch. Die Gastgeber haben an alles gedacht. Der Pool war zu alleinigen Verfügung, salziges Wasser, angenehme Temperatur. Leider war keine Tür am Gartengrundstück. Wir haben eine Liege verwendet, damit unser Hund nicht auf Erkundung gehen konnte. Die Gegend läd absolut zum Entspannen ein. Es ist total ruhig und von Natur umgeben. Ein toller Urlaub! Es lohnt sich wirklich, dorthin zu fahren!

So eine Unterkunft hatten wir lange nicht mehr. Alles sehr sauber und die Einrichtung in einen Top zustand. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles zu finden was man benötigt. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in einen sehr guten Zustand und verdient die 4 Sterne zu recht. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal dort Urlaub machen.

We had such a great and lovely time at Casa Hamara! The house is very well equipped - we did not miss anything, Coffeemachine for filter coffee, Hairdrier, Netflix (Smart TV), kitchen roll, pool towels etc. it was all there! Very friendly owner. Casa Tamara is a beautiful and quiet place, perfectly located in the heart of Istria, so you can easily reach the sea and its lovely villages. A wonderful place to spend your holiday! And our dog was also welcome!
