📝 Booking Requirements

• You must sign a renter agreement, upload a valid Govt ID, and place a $500 security hold. This is a temporary hold on your card, not a charge, and it is released after checkout. A link will be emailed after booking to complete your reservation.



🛡️ Travel Insurance

• Plans change and life happens. Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance protects your trip and your money if you have to cancel for something outside our control, like weather or a flight delay.



🔒 Safety & Security

• Exterior security cameras at the driveway and front entrance. Exterior only, no cameras inside the home.

• Minut noise monitoring devices by the pool and side yard. They measure noise levels only and do not record audio.



🚫 House Rules

• This is a quiet residential home, not a party or event venue. Family gatherings for graduations, reunions, and birthdays are welcome. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not.

• Overnight occupancy is capped at 10 guests. Daytime visitors for a family gathering are welcome with our approval in advance, just let us know your headcount before your stay.

• Primary guest must be 25 or older and stay on site the entire trip.

• No third-party bookings.

• No pets (service animals always welcome).

• No smoking or vaping, indoors or out.

• Quiet hours 10 PM to 9 AM (county ordinance).

• Please be respectful of our neighbors.

• Exceeding occupancy or hosting an unapproved party may end the stay without a refund, per our rental agreement.
