Located on the upper floor of the large Silbersaal building in Chemnitz-Bernsdorf, our small vacation rental comfortably accommodates two people. A comfortably furnished double room measuring 33 square meters, equipped with a dining table and cable TV, promises a pleasant stay. The room features a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. In our small kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you’ll find two hot plates, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, along with everything you could possibly need in terms of dishes, silverware, pots, and cooking utensils to prepare your own dinner.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price, and we also provide free Wi-Fi. Parking spaces and bike storage are available right on the property.

From here, you can explore the beautiful Chemnitz neighborhood of Bernsdorf on foot. A bakery and gas stations are not far away. The excellent tram connections also make it easy to take a leisurely stroll into downtown Chemnitz.
