Welcome—to the quiet, stylish, and spacious Apartment B28. This 65-square-meter apartment is located in Chemnitz’s Einsiedel district—the gateway to the Ore Mountains. The apartment offers everything up to 4 guests (+1 baby) need for a carefree stay. Thanks to its location, it’s the ideal starting point for excursions to the Ore Mountains or to Chemnitz, Leipzig, and Dresden—whether by car, bike, or public transport, which is within walking distance.<br><br>Apartment B28 features a very large living room with a kitchen, dining, and living area. The living area features a cosy corner sofa, two armchairs, and a 55-inch TV. For dining or working, there’s a dining table that seats up to 8 people. A special highlight is the huge, fully equipped kitchen.<br><br>Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m). Two additional guests can sleep comfortably on the pull-out sofa (with box-spring suspension and a cold-foam topper) in the living room (1.50 x 2.2 m). Bedding for all sleeping arrangements is, of course, provided. For storing luggage, the bedroom features two dressers, a large clothes rod, and a coat rack.<br><br>There is another coat rack and a shoe rack in the apartment hallway.<br><br>The bathroom features a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub. Towels and a hair dryer are provided here.<br><br>The paved backyard serves as the house’s patio and is available for free use. It is equipped with a seating area.<br><br>You can reach the ground-floor apartment through the front entrance and hallway. It has its own front door.<br><br>All rooms feature underfloor heating and privacy pleated blinds. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the bedroom and living room can be completely darkened.<br><br>Einsiedel is a small town rich in history and nature. Everything in town is within walking distance. There’s a brewery, a dam, an outdoor pool, supermarkets, a bakery, a tram, and hiking trails.<br><br>There’s free parking on the property and additional free parking spots on the street. You can drive right up to the accommodation.
