The house is as described. Walking distance for many places like the West Market, Grumpy’s and Leavened for breakfast. Only issues, the 6 dogs tgat the neighbor have never stop barking and street is a little scary when you arrive. I stayed in other places and the owner has a binder with information, local places, wi-fi pw, what to do at the end (dirty towels and sheets), trash and other information about the place.

Great location. Very near downtown and close to stadium and market. No major issues with stay. I would say house could have used more attention to detail (ie light bulb out, TV remote with no batteries, etc) but no major issues. Another slight issue was the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Again overall no major issues and was as advertised.
