Surrounded by the picturesque Darß Forest and lush meadows, our holiday rentals are located in Prerow. The white sandy beach is just a few minutes away.
The Residenz Kormoran complex consists of 17 holiday homes—spread out over approximately 36,000 square metres—and is located at Grüne Straße 45 A-R, 18375 Ostseebad Prerow.

The holiday homes are surrounded by the Darß Forest, meadows, and single-family homes. The access road ends as a dead-end street leading into the unspoiled, pristine Darß Forest. Recharge your batteries and enjoy the wonderful nature of the Baltic Sea right outside your holiday home.

The sand on Nordstrand Beach, constantly replenished by the sea, is as fine as that found in the Caribbean and is just a 15-minute walk away. Some of the houses have thatched roofs, as is typical of the Baltic Sea region.

The holiday apartments consist of two-room units measuring 54 square metres for two to four people or three-room maisonettes measuring 75 square metres for two to six people, and are fully furnished.

You can access Wi-Fi via a secure network in all apartments. Our services include made-up beds and towels.
The complex also features a laundry room with coin-operated machines. A bike rental service is available to accommodate special requests by arrangement.

There is a playground for the little ones and a football field for older children. A barbecue area is available for everyone. Each apartment comes with a parking space and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

At our service office, you’ll not only receive your keys but also additional information, tips, and advice for a perfect holiday.

There is a fee of €10 per dog per night for bringing dogs along.
