This cosy guest apartment offers plenty of space. It is located off the high street in an absolutely quiet residential area.

Before booking this accommodation, please note that the apartment is located in Oelsnitz/Erzgebirge, not in Oelsnitz/Vogtland (which is approximately 60 km away).

Payment for the accommodation must be made prior to arrival via bank transfer to the account specified in the booking. Cash payment on site is possible in exceptional cases, subject to prior arrangement. Credit card payments are not accepted.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

The key to the apartment is in a key safe to the right of the front door. Once payment is received, the PIN for this key safe will be sent via email.

Wi-Fi is available; however, the host is not responsible for outages or fluctuations in connection speed.

The holiday rental is located on the upper floor and features the following amenities.

The kitchen features an oven with a built-in microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. Also provided are a coffee maker, a separate microwave, an electric kettle, and an egg cooker.
The small bathroom is equipped with a window, a shower, a toilet, and a small sink. Towels and bath towels are provided free of charge to every guest. A hair dryer is also provided.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The double bed can be converted into two single beds. A wardrobe with a mirror is provided. The bedroom is located under the roof. In summer, this room naturally gets a bit warm.
The modern living room features a radio, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious corner sofa bed. A staircase leads from the living room to the bedroom upstairs, which is not separated from the living room by another door.
Just a few metres from the house is a bakery and the restaurant “Zum Anker.” Here, guests are treated to generous servings of regional cuisine.
An information corner for guests has been set up in the stairwell. Here, you’ll find information on day trip destinations and local attractions.

Oelsnitz is located on the edge of the Ore Mountains and was once a mining town. The local mining museum and the marked hiking trails document the difficult times the miners once faced. Over time, Oelsnitz has transformed into a thriving small town.
The apartment’s central location makes it easy to take day trips in any direction.
Thanks to its immediate proximity to the highway, trips to destinations such as Dresden, Chemnitz, or Plauen are no problem.
Well-maintained, easily navigable road networks lead to well-known towns like Annaberg-Buchholz, Seiffen, or Oberwiesenthal.

The rental property may only be occupied by the individuals listed in the booking.
The number of people listed in the booking is the maximum number of occupants.
Subletting is not permitted.
Should this occur without prior consultation with the landlord, a fee of 10.00 euros per person per night will be charged.
One parking space per apartment is available.
Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the property in a tidy condition. The last-used dishes should be clean or still in the dishwasher cycle.
