Downstairs (right off of the game room) you'll find the most fun kids' bedroom you've ever seen! Two built-in bunk beds that are connected with a slide are the centerpiece of the room. Keep the kids entertained with the smart TV in here, too!

Upstairs, you'll find the other four bedrooms, each with their own unique design! Two bedrooms with one king in each, another with one queen, and the fifth bedroom with 2 full beds - all of which with their own smart TVs!

"This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm-9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties."

"We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
