One step in the front door and reality is now what you make it. Stunning floor to ceiling windows bring the beautiful outside, inside to take in the immaculate pool, putting green and wide canal with a dock. Our Waterfront home includes 60' dock canal that opens to international waters. Brand new heated pool with sun shelf and fountains. Practice your putting skills on the putt putt hole or try your luck at the Hardrock Casino one mile away or the Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk just 2 miles away by road or water. Every inch of this home has been redone with paradise in mind. Brand new A/C to cool down with TV's in every room with WI-FI. You have endless possibilities for entertainment in our beloved South Florida retreat.

(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 delivery charge or guests may refill the tank themselves)
-Pool heating: $15 per day between November and April.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had the best stay in South Florida. The location was central to everything we wanted to visit. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed swimming everyday! Having a covered patio with a fan was a huge surprise because it’s not in the house photos but we absolutely loved it and sat there everyday enjoying the breeze!The house was the perfect size for us and felt very much like home. They had plenty of cups, plates, cutlery, pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the swive/rocking chairs in the Florida room over looking the backyard! We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family and we’d love to stay here again next time we come to visit!

This property is very centerally located. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Not "in the mix", but far enough away from the buatle and bustle to provide quiet when you are looking to relax. I highly reccommend this property. Very well worth your money.

Perfect family home

Perfect place for family vacation. Outdoor space is great for entertaining the entire family. Everything you would need is included. I especially loved the towels specifically for the pool.

We had an amazing long weekend here in Fort Lauderdale. Very clean property, excellent pool area and nice quiet neighbourhood. Very close to restaurants, shopping. Communication with the owners was excellent and the check in and out were a breeze. Lots of room for our family of 4 adults to have a very relaxing break. 5 stars!!!

Lovely

We stayed with our 10 month old grandson and his parents:-) it was a great house for us all. Clean, stocked with what we needed, and very comfortable. We loved the planes flying overhead as did our grandson. Pool was clean and the gate to the dock area had a good lock. Management company was very responsive and super nice.

SUPER CLEAN, QUIET HOME

The home is EXTREMELY clean. Very nice furniture (not cheap stuff). Decorated beautifully. The neighbors are quiet. If you are a party type person, (music, loud conversations, etc, )this is NOT the place for you. Management/customer service is EXCELLENT.
