The ideal setting for a family holiday: Are you looking for a truly special family holiday? Are you searching for a paradise for your children where they can experience country life and animals up close? Here, you’ll find nature at its finest. In the evening, you’ll fall asleep to the chirping of crickets, and in the morning, you’ll wake up to the singing of birds. At night, you’ll enjoy complete peace and quiet—with no car traffic at all. The kids will have a blast here. The playground is shaded by trees. For the little ones, there’s a sandpit, a swing, and a slide. For the older kids, there’s a trampoline or the playhouse. Or the go-karts, which you can even ride in pairs to zoom around the area. And right next to the playground is the petting zoo… For hiking enthusiasts: Our farm is located right on the edge of the Wutach Gorge Nature Reserve and directly on the "Schluchtensteig" hiking trail. You can walk to the Wutach River in 10 minutes. During an evening stroll, you’ll come across sights like the Stallegger Bridge or the old river power plant. On warm summer days, you can swim in the Wutach River and cool off. With a little luck, you might spot wildlife like deer, hares, foxes, badgers, or beavers in the evening. You can easily reach all the well-known gorges in the area on foot or by hiking bus. Each gorge is more beautiful than the last. Nature lovers can really enjoy themselves here!
Comfortable Room: Are you travelling on foot? As hosts on the Schluchtensteig trail, our guest rooms can be booked for stays of one night or more. The comfortable rooms are equipped with a toilet and shower and each feature a double bed. A cot can be provided upon request. Since the guest rooms are often fully booked during peak season, we recommend reserving in advance. Dinner or breakfast can also be booked (for 2 or more people). Amenities include: a spacious 25-square-meter guest room for 2 to 3 people, a combined living room and bedroom, 2 beds (an extra bed can be added), a private shower with toilet, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, and pets are welcome.
