Our comfortable holiday apartment in “Villa Granitz” offers 51 m² of space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a kitchenette and a cosy dining table, a separate bedroom for 2 people with a double bed and a very spacious built-in closet, as well as a large living area with a sofa (which pulls out into a sofa bed for children). A modern bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating, along with a beautiful loggia, provide additional comfort.

The light-colored solid wood floorboards and the bright rooms with harmonious colour schemes create a particularly welcoming atmosphere. The stylish, modern furnishings exude charm and cosiness.

Enjoy wonderful relaxation on the furnished loggia of the holiday rental! It faces the Baltic Sea and the distant chalk cliffs and treats you to glorious afternoon and evening sun.

In the modern bathroom, a contemporary shower with a glass partition and corner entry featuring two hinged doors offers you the perfect opportunity to unwind.

“Villa Granitz” is the frontmost house of the Klünderberg residence and was built in the beautiful spa-town style. The holiday apartments with balconies are wonderful holiday spots for small families.

The beach is also very close by! It takes just 7–8 minutes to walk to the white sandy beach of the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Binz; you can reach the lively town centre just as quickly. There is a tennis court right near your holiday rental.

The villa is located directly on the edge of the Granitz Forest. From here, you can enjoy wonderful, leisurely walks and hikes through the beech forest. The Klünderberg has a 12% gradient.
