A dining area and a cosy sitting area with a TV and radio create a warm atmosphere and provide plenty of space to gather together. The separate bedroom in this Borkum holiday rental is furnished with a bunk bed; the living/sleeping area features a double fold-out wardrobe bed.

The comfortable built-in kitchen features, among other things, a dishwasher and a microwave with a baking function, allowing you to enjoy self-catering in comfort.

The shower room has been completely renovated and features very modern and well-maintained fixtures.

The holiday rental offers free Wi-Fi, which you are, of course, welcome to use at no charge.

Note: Washing machines and dryers are available in the building (shared). The apartment has a storage room and a hallway with a coat rack. An lift provides added convenience. There is also a parking space for bicycles. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

At the “Ferienhaus Seeblick” on Borkum, you can already hear the waves of the North Sea! Our comfortable and individually furnished holiday apartments—some with ocean views—are located right on the beach promenade in a prime location. Here, all you need to do is pack your swimwear and spend a wonderfully relaxing day at the beach soaking up the sun and unwinding!

Borkum’s town centre, with its small shops, restaurants, bars, and cosy cafés, is right next to the building. Also nearby are a tennis court, the “Gezeitenland” seawater swimming pool, the Kulturinsel, the Kurhalle, and various shopping options. Inside the building itself, there are several small boutiques on the ground floor.
