Soak up the warm sun on the terrace and enjoy cosy reading sessions in your own beach chair—our holiday rental at “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is the perfect oasis of relaxation for your holiday on Rügen. Perfect for relaxing days with the family or a getaway with friends!

Located on the ground floor, the apartment has a living area of 46 m² and is ideal for two to four people. You’ll find a bright living room with a dining area and open kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a white-tiled bathroom with a shower and window. Stylish furnishings in harmonious colours give the apartment a welcoming atmosphere.

In the cosily furnished living room, you can relax in the sofa corner with a TV and radio. Or enjoy sunny days on the south-facing terrace! A garden seating set and your own beach chair invite you to spend wonderful hours relaxing. For our younger guests, there’s a small playground with beach sand right around the corner.

You can easily and conveniently prepare your holiday breakfast, small snacks, or delicious meals in the open kitchen, which features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and a microwave. Small appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and egg cooker round out the amenities. This allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your holiday.

The separate bedroom in the holiday rental in Binz is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. A sofa bed in the living room can be used to accommodate two additional guests.

A free parking space at the building and free Wi-Fi provide additional comfort. A washing machine and dryer are available in the complex for a fee. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the holiday rental.

If you’re travelling as a larger group, the on-site layout is perfect for you. You can book additional apartments in the building, allowing everyone to stay close together. The apartment is located in Building 7 of the Wohnpark.

A wonderfully relaxing holiday awaits you at the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” on Rügen! The complex is situated on a slight elevation on the sunny Klünderberg (more of a hill with a 12% incline) and offers a picturesque view of “Schmachter See.”

The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and spacious. It’s located in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet setting, as no through roads disturb the peaceful holiday atmosphere.

After about a ten-minute walk, you’ll reach the shopping and strolling promenade. From the Wohnpark, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars offers that pure holiday feeling!

The location of the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers alike, as well as for active holidaymakers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” stop, and the tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible children’s playground in the Wohnpark.
