Modern holiday apartment in the Ostskern of Binz

Modern furnished 35 m² apartment in a quiet location in the center of Binz with parking space at the house and separate entrance to flat ground

- The equipment includes living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom and a kitchen with all common appliances (except dishwasher & oven)

- Only 150 m to the center (numerous restaurants & shops) and 3 minutes walk to the beach

-Suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
Price is for 1-2 persons, each additional costs 10 € per night plus. fees

A beach basket for the summer months and W-LAN internet access, we offer for our guests in addition to the apartment.

Smoking only allowed in the outdoor area (Non-smoking accommodation)
