Modern holiday apartment in the Ostskern of Binz

Modern furnished 35 m² apartment in a quiet location in the center of Binz with parking space at the house and separate entrance to flat ground

- The equipment includes living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom and a kitchen with all common appliances (except dishwasher & oven)

- Only 150 m to the center (numerous restaurants & shops) and 3 minutes walk to the beach

-Suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
Price is for 1-2 persons, each additional costs 10 € per night plus. fees

A beach basket for the summer months and W-LAN internet access, we offer for our guests in addition to the apartment.

Smoking only allowed in the outdoor area (Non-smoking accommodation)

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber

Wir wurden vom Zug abgeholt und später auch wieder zurück gebracht, alles was man an Infos brauchte, konnte Alexander gut beantworten, sehr nette Kommunikation! Druckte die Kurkarten direkt für uns aus. Lage ist perfekt im Orte Binz, trotzdem nicht zu laut. Geschäfte und Restaurants sehr gut erreichbar, ebenso die Seebrücke und Touristen-Information.

Super schöne zentrale Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super, und hat alles was Mann/Frau braucht. Sie liegt sehr zentral und alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter wohnt ebenfalls mit dort, was bei fragen sehr praktisch ist. Die Wohnung bekommt von mir auf jeden Fall 5⭐️ plus. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt 😁

Kurzurlaub Anfang September 22

Kleine gemütliche eingerichtete Unterkunft, die alles für unseren Kurzurlaub bereit hielt. Die Vermieter super freundlich und schon im Vorfeld sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und möchten uns nochmals für den wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt bedanken. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung in Top Lage

14 Tage haben wir unseren Sommerurlaub in Binz verbracht. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wohnen gleich nebenan. Die Lage ist TOP, in wenigen Minuten ist man in der „Fußgängerzone“, beim Bäcker und einem Edeka. Praktisch ist natürlich auch ein Autostellplatz, der kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die doch sehr kleine Küche mit Zweiplattenherd ohne Backofen. Fazit: Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen bestimmt auch noch einmal wieder. Bedenken sollte man, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung ist.

Perfekte Lage für kurze Wege

Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe der Hauptstraße (Jasmunder Str.), von dort ist aber durch das abseitig liegende (etwas karg wirkende) Schlafzimmer nicht viel zu hören. Dafür kann man von hier in relativ kurzen Wegen zur Hauptstraße mit seinen Dutzenden Geschäften und natürlich schnell zur Strandpromenade gelangen. Für vier Personen würde ich das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer nicht empfehlen: ein Ehepaar hat in dem etwas schmalen Doppelbett eine gewisse Herausforderung und auf dem Klappsofa würde maximal noch ein dritter Erwachsener schlafen können. Ideal ist die Wohnung für zwei. Generell ist man ja auf Rügen ohnehin sehr viel unterwegs und kommt dann nur noch zum Schlafen und Ausruhen in die Wohnung. Das Bad ist klein, aber OK, allerdings sollte etwas Geld in die Hand genommen werden und eine bessere kleine Küchenzeile in die Nische gebaut werden. So hat das Ganze zwar eine mittelmäßige Tauglichkeit, aber eher den Charme einer Junggesellenbude. Jedoch gibt es ja genügend kulinarische Möglichkeiten rundherum, die man ohnehin ausprobieren sollte. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann das Carport benutzen. Die Einfahrt ist etwas verwinkelt, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Ansonsten kann man nämlich in der mit Einbahnstraßen übersäten Stadt nur wenig im Straßenraum parken, und dann auch nur kurzzeitig – da ist ein eigener Platz Gold wert. Außerdem stell die Familie Völz einen eigenen Strandkorb etwas rechts der Seebrücke zur Verfügung, der für 5,– pro Tag genutzt werden kann, das ist ein toller Service. Fazit: für ein Ehepaar super OK, für drei wahrscheinlich auch. Wer den ganzen Tag auf Achse ist und nur abends und nachts die Füße hochlegen möchte, hat hier ein zentral gut gelegenes Domizil. Strand, Prora, „Rasender Roland” und vieles anderes mehr im südöstlichen Rügen lassen sich von hier aus gut erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in großer Anzahl auf kurzen Wegen vorhanden, ohne dass man viel das Auto nutzen muss. Wir haben hier eine Woche verbracht, viel gesehen, und fanden die Wohnung für uns zwei also vollkommen ausreichend.
