"Alpes et Lac 28", 2-room apartment 35 m2 on 3rd floor, south facing position. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bathroom, double hand-basin. Small balcony 3 m2, south facing position. Panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 53. Please note: non-smokers only.

Un très joli appartement avec une belle

Un séjour bien agréable. Un appartement joli, fonctionnel, confortable et calme avec la cheminée et une magnifique vue sur le lac et les montagnes. A noter : il y a pas mal d'escaliers pour arriver à l'appartement.

De retour à Champex-Lac après 20 ans

Il y a vingt ans, nous étions à Champex-Lac en famille. Cette fois, nous y sommes retournés en couple. La ville est idéale pour une semaine sans voiture. Tout est prévu. Le logement est parfait, mais comme l'indique la description, il y a pas mal de marches pour y accéder. Une bonne condition physique est requise avec les valises ;-)

Un petit paradis! Seule difficulte, l'acces a l'appartement se fait par des escaliers a partir du 1er etage, donc il faut porter ses bagages qui peuvent etre lourds. Pas recommande pour tout le monde!

Moderno e attrezzato, ex albergo anni 80

Appartamento pulito, cucina ampia ( induzione) con tavolo da pranzo, e balconcino praticamente sul lago. Camera da letto abb. ampia con armadio, scarpiera ( finestra non apribile) Bagno cieco, con doccia ampia e doppio lavandino, phon. Purtroppo moquette. Garage Le chiavi si ritirano in agenzia a 300 mt dall'appartamento, personale gentile. Per inverno, c'e' camino Purtroppo alcuni asciugami e lenzuola macchiate. Pulizia biancheria da migliorare. Materasso e cuscini troppo morbidi

Depuis le balcon plein sud vue magnifique sur le lac gelé. Appartement très bien agencé, très confortable. Il ne manque vraiment rien pour un merveilleux séjour. Ne ratez pas l'occasion!
