Had a great stay in this warm, cosy apartment. Only a few minutes from the town centre and with secure underground parking, which was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommended!
We had a perfect week in Chamonix. The apartment is very nice, and it’s in a very convenient location for bus and train transit. We look forward to returning in the future.

Propre et fonctionnel. Ting nous offre un excellent accueil et est tres agreable(ainsi que son fils). Les equipements de l’appartement sont vieux ( couverture du divan tres usee , chaise sur le balcon croche)
L’appartement est très bien situé, à deux minutes des arrêts de bus menant aux pistes et à deux minutes à pied du centre ville. La personne qui s’occupe de l’appartement est très gentille et disponible. Le logement est propre avec tout le nécessaire. Rapport qualité/prix super, je recommande vivement ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille
Appartement dans une résidence calme à qq minutes du centre de Chamonix, des commerces et restaurants.
Proche également de la gare pour prendre le train (gratuitement avec la carte d'hôte) et rejoindre différents points de départ de randonnées.
Le parking souterrain est un énorme avantage.
Logement nickel, on s'y sent comme à la maison.
L'appartement est tres bien équipé et au calme. Localisation idéale !
La voiture est restée au garage toute la semaine. Les déplacements se sont faits soit à pieds, soit en bus.
Le propriétaire est super sympa, très arrangeant et surtout très disponible.
Nous avons vraiment passé une superbe semaine!

Parking appréciable et indispensable. Nous a permis de laisser la voiture et de vaquer librement à Chamonix pour nos activités lors de cette semaine.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Chamonix. Da unser Urlaub relativ zeitig im Sommer lag, blühten noch viele Alpen-Blumen.
Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt. Es ist erstaunlich, mit wieviel Liebe und Phantasie die kleine Wohnung ausgestattet ist und wie viel Dinge untergebracht sind, die den Aufenthalt verschönen. Monsieur Fiey ist sehr engagiert. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem und innerhalb kurzer Zeit war er da und hat das Problem behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Mon mari a chuté sérieusement dans la descente de la Mer de Glace à Chamonix … nous aurions aimé que ce sentier soit signalé pour des randonneurs expérimentés (très raide et difficultés jusqu’au parking)
Location bien placé,près des lignes de bus et du Centre, nickel, nous y reviendrons sûrement,

eh oui des travaux de remise en beauté des couloirs peinture et moquette qui sont effectués pendant des période creuse de l'année mais cela ne vous concerne pas puisque le soir et la nuit personnes ne travail ,
The property is lovely! I spent a wonderful 3 weeks there in July 2022, one week my youngest daughter (25 years old) was visiting me and for 10 days my partner was visiting me. The property offers enough space to comfortably spend the days there with 2 or 3 people. The little balcony is wonderful, especially when you are with 2 people, to sit on in the evenings or when having lunch of coffee in the apartment.
The apartment is excellently located close to both the Aiguille du Midi cable car station as well as the Aiguille du Midi train station where you can hop on the train taking you anywhere in the valley. The apartment is in a nice location with a supermarket (Spar) and several restaurants and pubs within 2 minutes walking distance. Chamonix town centre is perhaps a 5-minute walk, the Montenvers train station is less than 10 minutes and the Chamonix swimming pool is about 10-12 minutes away by foot.
The apartment is in an excellent location to enjoy Chamonix by foot without having to worry about renting a car. I was there without one and the local train and bus services (free using your tourist-tax card) really cover most of what you would want to visit. I took a bus transfer from Geneva airport to Chamonix (about 30 Euros return) which is offered by several companies such as FlixBus, SwissTours and BlaBlaCar and all those busses conveniently stop at the "Chamonix Bus Station" which is really just a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
The landlord, Mr Fiey, is very friendly and communicating with him in person or via WhatsApp was always easy and efficient. Everything in the property shows with how much love the apartment has been put together and maintained, which makes staying there a real pleasure. The shower is excellent, the separate toilet is spacious and very good, the little kitchen has everything you need.
I spent my time in Chamonix climbing and hiking, enjoying the good food and lovely atmosphere in the town. From the apartment you have excellent access to the high mountains via the various cable cars and mountain trains, and plenty of good hiking trails start right in Chamonix and are easily accessible from the apartment as well.
I will definitely want to return to the apartment in the future.
