CONVENIENCE

This apartment is self-serviced, with fresh towels provided every 3 – 4 days in season (Dec-Feb). Complimentary cleaning and linen change is provided weekly for guests staying longer than 7 nights. Should you need more regular servicing, this can be arranged at an extra charge of R400 per day, subject to our housekeeping team's availability.



In case of loadshedding, emergency lighting is available with an EcoFlow back-up system powering Wi-Fi and TV. Fast internet is always available.



Basement parking is available on a first come, first served basis: please enquire.



GUEST EXPERIENCE

This studio is on the ground floor, with a private patio extending your living space.



You'll find a well-equipped kitchen including a full size fridge/freezer and in-unit washer/dryer to maximize convenience and enable long stays. For coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine and plunger are available with coffee to get you started. If culinary inspiration strikes, you'll find all you need, including super knives and cookware.



BEACH ACCESS

Secluded Saunder's Rocks Beach is a 15 min walk away (900m), with rocks for gazing across the ocean and a tidal pool. Nearby Clifton and Camps Bay offer amazing sandy beaches.



Guest Access:

Guests will have pedestrian access to the building via Kloof Street. The building is secured with biometric security, and the apartment is secured with an electronic smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on the border between Sea Point Upper and Fresnaye, in a prime Atlantic Seaboard residential areas hosting some of Cape Town's most desirable addresses.



Getting Around:

Free street parking is available next to the block. The streets are well lit at night, providing extra security.



The apartment is located less than 100m from a Myciti bus stop which offers extremely affordable connections to Cape Town Central and Camps Bay beaches. Uber is readily accessible and affordable. Sea Point Main Road is a 5 min walk away.

We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.

RULES

Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.



We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.



ANIMALS

Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.
