Haus Weiße Düne Vacation Apartment, Weiße Düne 9, with ocean view and balcony, sleeps 4

Welcome to the “Weiße Düne 9 / Gen Norden” holiday rental in the “Weiße Düne” building in Wittdün on Amrum. This modern, fully equipped holiday rental, with 75 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor of a house built in 2019 and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a total of 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms, a cosy living room, and an open-concept kitchen connected to the living area—ideal if you’d like to cook, eat, and relax together. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the apartment stays pleasantly warm year-round, while you can enjoy your privacy on the balcony or the covered terrace, which features privacy screens for all windows.

The beach is only about 200 metres away, and the sea is about 50 metres away—so you can be right on Amrum’s sandy beach in just a few minutes. A private parking space is available (1 spot), so you can arrive flexibly by car while still enjoying short distances once you’re there. The apartment is particularly well-suited for families: children are welcome, and a cot and a high chair are provided, along with children’s toys and games for family time.

The bathroom features a bathtub, and there is also an additional guest bathroom. The amenities are designed to meet practical holiday needs: Wi-Fi is included, and there are two TVs with digital satellite connections as well as free video-on-demand. Entertainment and comfort are also well taken care of, as the apartment is equipped with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies; and you’re welcome to use the washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, whether for everyday life or on holiday: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, and plenty of kitchen utensils are all provided. There’s also outdoor furniture for your evenings by the sea, and thanks to the view of the garden and the exceptionally beautiful ocean view, you’ll find the perfect atmosphere to wind down at the end of the day.

Pets are also welcome: a maximum of 1 dog is allowed. As this is a non-smoking-friendly property, the holiday rental is, of course, smoke-free. All in all, “Weiße Düne 9 / Gen Norden” is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay right by the sea on Amrum—with the beach just a short walk away, well-equipped accommodation, and plenty of space to feel at home.
