This condo was a great place to stay - excellent location, lots of pools, and poolside bar. Communication with host was very easy and prompt responses.

The room is beautiful and was exactly as the listing described. The location is ideal and the property amenities were fantastic. We had to book something last minute and this location, price, and experience were all amazing. The host was timely in keeping us updated and notifying us about the check in process. We will definitely try to book this space again.

The unit was clean and basically well furnished, and the resort is great, but communications with the host left a lot to be desired. We received confusing and contradictory messages from two different phone numbers and also in emails. We had a similar experience with the same ‘host’ at another property managed by the same company.

The Location could not have been better and the unit was functional.However there were a couple of thing we were not satisfied with,the lamps in the bedroom could not get them to work so there was not much light in there.Also there was a couple of outlets that did not work and I was expecting cable in the bedroom also.Couple things that you could not control ,like the day we arrived someone was smoking on a close by balcony and the noise in the hallway was fairly loud. The communication with Julie was outstanding, she responded to questions quickly and was very informative.This was a very old building which I know most in this area are but I thought being newly renovated there might have been a few more things addressed such as the mattresses and some of the tile.I did notice that the air filter in the utility closet had not been changed for a long while.We were hoping this was going to be a unit for our yearly visit but I’m afraid it was not.So I think in the future we may be open to some newer or a little fresher units if there are any available.Because the correspondence is important to me and it was outstanding.Thank you Greg
