The home itself is beautiful, but unfortunately we can’t leave a positive review because of our experience. When we checked in, we found dirty underwear and a used towel left in a drawer, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the property. We also noticed multiple urine stains visible on the carpets throughout the home. The water pressure was extremely poor, making it impossible for more than one person to shower or even wash dishes at the same time. After using the hot tub, several of our clothes were damaged with bleach that was put in the water instead of chlorine. When we tried to use the grill, there was so much grease buildup underneath that it caught on fire. Before we checked in, the host responded to messages very quickly. However, once we checked in and began reporting these issues, our messages went unanswered. The only communication we received was the checkout instructions. This property has a lot of potential because it’s beautiful, but the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of communication during our stay made it a very disappointing experience. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
