Light and bright, your one-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a modern open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the furnished balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.



Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Had a great stay. Had no issues or need to interact with staff, but those we encountered were friendly. Grounds were super nice and well maintained. Property itself as described and promised. Communication with host was excellent and all questions/messages were promptly responded to.
