Lakeland Village was built in 1973, almost 50 years ago. It is a fabulously unique property, as it is right on the lake, with a beautiful beach, pier, boat buoys, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, firepits, and walking to groceries and dining. There are no other properties like this in South Lake Tahoe, and there will never be another, due to building restrictions around the lake. For future guests to note, our listings are accurate and up to date with information, but please reach out to us directly if you have any specific questions!

We’re glad to hear you found the condo unit refreshed and enjoyed the convenient location near shops and eateries, but we’re truly sorry that your stay wasn’t as seamless as it should have been.  We take concerns about cleanliness and comfort seriously, so we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly to address the mouse issue in your family member’s townhouse. We’ll also share your comments about common areas and amenities with the HOA, as guest experience is always important to us.  For exterior or shared space issues like the elevator, we kindly ask that guests notify the on-site HOA management team directly, as they oversee and maintain these areas. While our focus is on ensuring the interior of your home-away-from-home is well cared for, we’re always happy to help point guests in the right direction when it comes to HOA-managed items.  We truly appreciate your honest review and will use your feedback to continue improving.
